Cooking Class under the Stars at Smythwick Castle

Thank you everyone for the overwhelming response to our cooking classes.

We also offer the option for groups to rent the entire Castle overnight and schedule their own private  cooking class

with breakfast the following morning for the group.

All classes are on Sundays and will start at 4:30pm.  Gates to the castle will open at 4:15pm

Please email me your reservation.   We only accept 12 people per class.

Jan. 12th–Italian–
Pesto Cream Cheese Crostini
Caprese Salad
Pesto Chicken wrapped in Provolone
Asparagus in Lemon-Butter & sprinkled with Parmesan Fettucine with olive oil, garlic & mushrooms
Mixed Berry Cobler

February 2nd–Moroccan–
Goat Cheese cakes with dates & honey
Pastry Puffs with feta & Spinach
Moroccan Chicken with Apricots & Olives
Couscous with Mint
Asparagus with Honey-Lime Sauce Baklava

February 9th–Asian Fusion–
Cremini shrooms stuffed with Carmelized Onions & Gorgonzola
Spicy-Sweet Yams
Teriyaki Salmon Wasabi whipped Potatoes
Fresh green Beans sautéed in soy sauce & sesame seeds
Chocolate Blueberry Towers
