Cooking Classes under the Stars

Thank you everyone for the overwhelming response to our cooking classes @Smythwick Castle & Lodge.

We also offer 2 other  options
1) Groups of 8-10 people can rent the entire Castle overnight and schedule their own private  cooking class
with breakfast the following morning for the group
2) Cooking class attendees that aren’t in a group can rent the rooms individually.

All classes are on Sundays and will start at 4:30pm

July 20th–Italian–
Pesto Cream Cheese Crostini
Caprese Salad Pesto
Chicken wrapped in Provolone
Asparagus in Lemon-Butter & sprinkled with Parmesan
Fettucine with olive oil, garlic & mushrooms

August 10th–Mediterranean
