Cooking Classes under the Stars at Smythwick Castle

We are offering  a series of cooking classes at Smythwick Castle on Sundays. Come join us & dine under the stars in their beautiful courtyard while enjoying a culinary tour of various cultures and countries, presented by Bittersweet Catering.

August 11th–Asian Fusion
Cremini shrooms stuffed with Carmelized Onions & Gorgonzola
Spicy-Sweet Yam cake
Teriyaki Salmon Wasabi whipped Potatoes
Fresh green Bean sautéed in soy sauce & sesame seeds
Chocolate Blueberry Towers

September 8th–Italian
Pesto Cream Cheese Crostini
Caprese Salad
Pesto Chicken wrapped in Provolone
Asparagus in Lemon-Butter & sprinkled with Parmesan
Fettucine with olive oil, garlic & mushrooms
Mixed Berry Cobler

October 6th–Moroccan
Goat Cheese cakes with dates & honey
Pastry Puffs with Feta & Spinach
Moroccan Chicken with Apricots & Olives
Couscous with Mint
Asparagus with Honey-Lime Sauce
Baklava

November 3rd–Cajun
Cajun Crab Cakes with Garlic Chili Aioli  on Mixed Greens
Cajun Shrimp Pasta
Spicy-Sweet whipped Yams
Sautéed Spinach with red peppers & onions
Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce

Classes are $60pp+tax Spaces must be reserved.
Minimum Class size is 10 people.
